TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read and re-read everything below.
Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given.
If we find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.
I do not do commissions for minors.
No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece. If that is the case, please contact me.
It is forbidden to sell without my authorization.
By commissioning, you give me the right to post it and display it on my social media. (What doesn't mean it will be posted)
If the customer fails to keep in contact for a long time, the commission will be dropped.
The customer can ask about the commission whenever he wants to.
If I make any commission, where some material does not have the creator's authorization, in addition to canceling the commission and automatically entering the blacklist, the client is liable for prosecution for unauthorized use.
Payment can be either in full payment (at the start of the commission, middle or final) or made in 2 steps.
the amount will not be refunded if I have already started the commission.
Payment is Paypal.
In the case of payment via Paypal, the total amount of the commission plus the Paypal fee must be transferred.
If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for 3 days, we will cancel the commission unless there's a mutual agreement regarding the delay.
